The decision has been made, the 19th of December provisional political agreements were reached by ESPR. It´s the first time a regulation introduces identification rules cross-sectoral and cross-geographies. It´s also the first time the EU has established a cross-sectional portal on product information for circularity. The regulatory-driven standards era has started. This means that all components for a digital product passport are now in place. All decisions that have been made will be finalized and published during April this year.
